Quintessentially Mughal florals are neatly arranged on the short ends of this dusky rose pashmina shawl. Crafted with precision, this shawl is hand-woven, ensuring a blend of traditional artistry and enduring quality.
The famous Kashmir shawls that were at the height of fashion in the late 18th and 19th centuries were woven with a special technique. The pattern was woven as part of the shawl in a very fine twill tapestry technique known as Kani from the Kan which is a kind of stick pointed at each end around which the yarn is wrapped.
