Meticulously hand-embroidered floral vine patterns inspired by the constant abundance of natural beauty in the Kashmir Valley, decorate these fine cashmere Jaaldar shawls with precise geometry to create the impression of unending repetition. 

The central vine pattern on the shawl is finished with wide borders of tall paisley inspired motifs on the short ends or 'palla' as it is locally known in Kashmir and is finished with a beautifully paired border all around.
