Kani Gulal Tour Hand Woven Oversize Pashmina Shawl Grey

Regular price Rs.312,000.00 INR

A timeless arrangement of three flowers in harmonious tones is enclosed within a Mughal-inspired trellis pattern, creating an elegant all-over design. The soft colors and intricate detailing of this Kani weave pashmina shawl lend it a graceful charm.

The famous Kashmir shawls at the height of fashion in the late 18th and 19th centuries were woven in a fine twill tapestry technique called Kani. The technique gets its name from the small eyeless bobbin called Kan, used to weave the design into fabric. This exquisite technique survives today only in the Kashmir valley.

The Kani Gulal Tour Shawl is hand-woven in a timeless nature-inspired design.
